Elevating Black Women.

Mission Statement

The Hillman Collective is a nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing the careers and contributions of Black women by transforming workplace cultures and fostering equitable opportunities. Founded in 2024 by Dr. Elaine Rudder and Kibbi Henderson, The Hillman Collective is driven by a passion for creating inclusive communities where Black women thrive as leaders and innovators.

Grounded in research and collaboration, Hillman Collective works with organizations to establish ethical and transparent compensation practices, implement collaborative leadership models, and dismantle systemic barriers that hinder progress. Beyond advocacy, we serve as an incubator for research and innovation in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), with a specific focus on the experiences of Black women in higher education and across industries.

At Hillman Collective, we are committed to driving transformation by providing strategic guidance, amplifying voices, and creating pathways for advancement. Through collaboration with institutions, researchers, and leaders, we aim to inspire systemic change, ensuring Black women are empowered to reach their fullest potential and redefine leadership in every sphere.
